About KT Gas & Heating

We’re a Nottingham based plumbing and gas engineering company offering a full range of services across Nottingham, Derby and Mansfield. From general plumbing and repairs through to boiler installations, servicing and gas safety checks, we take pride in workmanship you can trust.

We’re fully insured and Gas Safe registered under number 974989. You’re welcome to check that on the Gas Safe Register, and you’re entitled to ask any engineer for their card before they touch a gas appliance. Anyone who takes offence at being asked is the wrong person to have in your house.

How we work

The aim is to get every job done efficiently, safely and with as little disruption as we can manage. That means turning up when we said, telling you what we’ve found in plain English, and agreeing the cost before the spanners come out.

It can feel daunting having plumbing or gas work carried out in your home. We treat the house with respect, keep it tidy, and leave it clean. A large part of our work comes from recommendations by people we’ve worked for before, which is the part we’re proudest of.

Pricing

Honest and upfront. Where call-out charges apply you’ll always be informed of the full cost before we start. No hourly rate quietly ticking over while we go back to the van.

What we don’t do

We’re a plumber and gas engineer, not a builder. If a job really needs a tiler, a plasterer or an electrician, we’ll tell you rather than have a go at it.
